SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

DOMESTIC

Shipping options and Delivery cost

  • The shipping rate is calculated on a “per order”, “per item”, or “per pound” basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for certain shipping options in select categories.

 

  • Shipping is free on purchases over £75 

 

  •  The available payment methods are cash on delivery and prepaid. It may not be possible to provide COD services for all pin codes. While checking out at Shopslet, there is an option where you can enter your pin code and confirm whether COD is available at your address.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are delivered within 1 or 2 business days. But, it may take longer during festivals, sales, or special circumstances. 

 

  • An order can only be sent to an address that you specify at the time of placing your order. If you want to send the product to different addresses, you will have to place separate orders accordingly. 

 

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day via trusted delivery partners.

 

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Tracking your Order

 After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

International Shipping Policy

  •  We ship our products worldwide, but shipping costs vary by region.

 

  • For International shipping, orders are delivered within 5- 7 business days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 

 

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If the dispatch of your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email or phone. 

 

  • Our delivery partner is ( Are Flexible )

 

  •  We are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit. If you received your order damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

  • For packages shipped internationally, the buyer is responsible for paying VAT. International orders are non-refundable if the buyer refuses to pay VAT.

Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately. We will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately based on the case.

 

  • Shopslet is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

 

  • If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket at Contact Us mentioning your order ID. We will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund within the 14 days of cancellation of the order once received the  goods back

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you’d like to return something you’ve bought from us, we’ll be happy to refund or exchange a product, as long as it’s in a fully resalable condition. 

 

You must meet the following conditions: 

 

  1. Please note that the products may look different from what you see on the website. The return must comply with the return policy associated with the product. 

 

  1. We should be notified of the receipt of a damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased or the package delivered is missing one or more products, within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

 

  1. Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original invoice, packing, freebies, and original boxes. If any product is returned without these mentioned essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return and shall be sent back to you.

 

  1. The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to products during transit. If the products are used, damaged, soiled, or altered, the return won’t be processed and the items will be sent back to you. Please do not accept the package in a damaged or soiled condition.

 

  1. The returned products are subject to verification and quality checks by the quality assurance team in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint or return.

 

  1. You should fill the Return Form provided on the website mentioning your order number and the product code mentioned on your invoice. Return requests are not processed if the Return Form is incomplete or absent in the returned package received. The reason for the return should be stated in the Return Form.

Cancellation Policy

  • Shopslet will not issue any charges if the order has not been dispatched for delivery.
