Shipping Policy (FAQ)

Please tap on the “My Orders” section under the main menu of App/Website/M-site to check the status of your order. 
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days or based on the delivery date specified at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

 For pin codes, for which our logistics partner has no service orders, these will be sent by India Post. 

 If you received the product in poor condition, or if the packaging has been altered or damaged prior to delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, you can call our customer service or send us an email with your order number. 
 A total of 3 delivery attempts will be made to your address, after which the parcel will be returned to our headquarters by the courier company. If the customer requests re-delivery of the returned order, the additional shipping charges have to be borne by the customer, which will be duly intimated via email.

Yes, we do offer Cash-on-Delivery. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if Cash-on-Delivery is available in your location.
Availability of Cash-on-Delivery depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. In addition, our delivery partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination, and your order value might have exceeded this limit.
Packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Users can check the estimated delivery time to their location on the product page.
You can change the address after placing the order and paying for the same. Go to the My Orders page> Select Order and click on “Change Address”. This option will be available for 30-60 mins after the payment has gone through. Please note that the address can only be changed once and that the estimated delivery time for the order might change post the address change.
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched from our warehouse. Therefore, we request you to provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per the specified delivery schedule.

Return and Refund Policy (FAQ)

You have received a damaged product: a product can get damaged in transit and while we do ensure the best possible quality controls, sometimes a damaged product might go unnoticed.

  • Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style, color, and/or size.
  • Missing Products: If the package delivered is missing one or more products you ordered.

Goods such as computers, laptops, Mobiles, Smart Watches, and other electronic items can be returned within 30 days.


  • Goods such as Kids (Capri, Shorts & Tops), Men’s (Ethnic Wear, Shirt, Formals, Jeans, Clothing Accessory), Women’s (Ethnic Wear, Fabric, Blouse, Jeans, Skirt, Trousers), Bags, Raincoat, Sunglass, Belt, Frame, Backpack, Suitcase, Luggage can be returned within 14 days.


  • Goods such as Jewellery, Footwear Accessories, Travel Accessories, Watch Accessories, Winter Wear (Blazer, Sweatshirt, scarves, Shawl, jackets, Coat, Sweater, thermals, Kid’s Thermal, Track Pant, Shrugs) can be returned within 7 days.


  • Grocery items like Dairy, Bakery, Fruits, and Vegetables, etc. can be returned within 2 days, if found rotten or expired. 


Note: Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual, and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product. 

You will be required to initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving the product. You will receive a confirmation email once the return shipment is received by us. We can’t accept return requests after that.
As the COVID situation has escalated, the government is allowing only essential services delivery. Since our shipping is affected, please expect delays in the dispatch of your orders. We will notify you as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

  •  We will appreciate it if the products are returned to us in the original packaging to minimize any further damage on return shipments. If you are not sure how to pack the product in order to return it, please speak to our customer care representative who will be happy to guide you.
  • Remember, we can’t refund or exchange products if their invoice, tags/labels, or seals have been tampered with –  so please be careful about this. Also, don’t forget to retain the proof of the postage.
  •  If you have any doubts or need more information, you can contact our customer care executives.

Yes. Once we receive the returned products, we will inspect to see if it fits the conditions of our return policy, we will either send you a replacement or issue you a refund for the same.
You should know that we can’t accept returns of incomplete product combos or sets (Example: Combos, Buy one get one free, free gifts, etc.). Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
Any free gifts that you received with your purchase have to be returned along with the original product.
As long as you initiate a return within the stipulated time period, your refund is good to go.

Your refund will be on its way as soon as we’ve received your product and it has passed the necessary quality checks.

We will refund the amount to the account you used to place the original order. We’ll try our best to make this happen quickly. Once an order has been received and it has passed the necessary quality checks, we try to get the refund to you in around 14 business days. Your refund will be in the form of a Wire Transfer (NEFT) to your bank account in around 14 business days. No refunds will be made in cash.
You can’t change the mode of payment for your refund. The amount will be transferred to the account that you used to make your order. If the transaction fails, we’ll get in touch with you for your alternate bank account details. Once we get those, we’ll make sure that the transfer is completed successfully.
If we’ve sent you a confirmation on the approval of your refund, you will definitely get your refund. Sometimes, we face technical issues that can delay payment transfers. If the wait seems too long, contact us for support.
