Return and Refund Policy (FAQ)
1. In which cases can I return the product?
- Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style, color, and/or size.
- Missing Products: If the package delivered is missing one or more products you ordered.
2. What can I return?
- Goods such as Kids (Capri, Shorts & Tops), Men’s (Ethnic Wear, Shirt, Formals, Jeans, Clothing Accessory), Women’s (Ethnic Wear, Fabric, Blouse, Jeans, Skirt, Trousers), Bags, Raincoat, Sunglass, Belt, Frame, Backpack, Suitcase, Luggage can be returned within 14 days.
- Goods such as Jewellery, Footwear Accessories, Travel Accessories, Watch Accessories, Winter Wear (Blazer, Sweatshirt, scarves, Shawl, jackets, Coat, Sweater, thermals, Kid’s Thermal, Track Pant, Shrugs) can be returned within 7 days.
- Grocery items like Dairy, Bakery, Fruits, and Vegetables, etc. can be returned within 2 days, if found rotten or expired.
Note: Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual, and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product.

5. How should I pack my product in return?
- We will appreciate it if the products are returned to us in the original packaging to minimize any further damage on return shipments. If you are not sure how to pack the product in order to return it, please speak to our customer care representative who will be happy to guide you.
- Remember, we can’t refund or exchange products if their invoice, tags/labels, or seals have been tampered with – so please be careful about this. Also, don’t forget to retain the proof of the postage.
